We willen allemaal meer bezoekers. We weten ook wat we als zwembad kunnen bieden, maar weten we wel voldoende waarvoor de klant komt? Hoe is de klant te verleiden om een duik te nemen in het zwembad: korting, kwaliteit, service, vertrouwen…? Oftewel, met welk verhaal wordt de klant bereikt. Storybuilding, Social Selling en de daarbij behorende content worden steeds belangrijker, zeker voor wie voorbereid wil zijn op de toekomst. Maar wat houdt het precies in en hoe kun je het inzetten? In deze workshop gaat Ben Noordermeer hier dieper op in en werpt ook alvast een blik op de toekomst. Wat zijn de doelgroepen per kanaal en welke kanalen zijn er? Gekeken wordt naar storybuilding aan de hand van USP (Unique Selling Points) en UBP (Unique Buying Points). Maar ook komt customer development aan de orde: hoe kan de klant van het zwembad meehelpen om producten en diensten te ontwikkelen?
Ben Noordermeer is eigenaar van Guidance in Sales en helpt bedrijven in verschillende branches met storybuilding, verkoop en marketingbegeleiding. Het toeval wil dat hij vroeger zwemonderwijzer is geweest.
