More than a trade show
On Thursday, October 8, professionals, experts, and suppliers from the swimming pool industry will once again come together for a day full of knowledge exchange, inspiration, and networking. Since its first edition in 2014, the Swimming Pool Industry Day has grown into the annual celebration for everyone working in the swimming pool industry. At the exhibition square, you will find almost all suppliers in the swimming pool industry and, with that, all conceivable products and services on the exhibition floor. There is also a free knowledge program where you can attend various sessions on a wide range of current topics that are relevant to the industry. And, of course, there will be plenty of opportunity throughout the day to catch up with colleagues.
Exhibition package €525.00
Participation includes stand walls (with the exception of island stands), a power point, lighting, 1 standing table with 2 bar stools, and WiFi. One crew package is included in the price per6m2. A crew package includes an entrance ticket to the fair, a parking ticket, lunch, and drinks—including coffee, tea, juice, and water—which are available free of charge throughout the day.
Marketing package €320.00
With the marketing package, we ensure an attractive presentation of your company in the run-up to, during, and three months after our trade fair day. The marketing package consists of the following components:
- The company profile will be published in the stock market section of the September edition of ZwembadBranche.
- Your own company page on our website and in the app.
- Use our Swimming Pool Industry Day App to see who has registered for the trade show in advance and to schedule appointments. On the day of the trade show, as an exhibitor, you can scan visitor badges and save their details—including notes—for possible follow-up.

Price = Trade fair package + Marketing package + (Number of square meters x €215.00)

Please note!
Because all these components will be carried out regardless of whether the trade fair goes ahead, the marketing package is binding upon registration. The other costs of the trade fair stand (the trade fair package and the meters purchased) will be waived if the trade fair has to be canceled.
Other
- Co-exhibitor €1,000.00 This is another company that will participate in your booth as an exhibitor.
- Sponsor €2,500.00 With the additional sponsorship package, your company will receive extensive exposure through various channels prior to and during the trade show:
- Prominently featured on the homepage of the trade fair website
- In all newsletters
- At the entrance to the trade fair
- On all exhibition floor plans (offline and online)
- On the visitor registration page
Cancellation
- Free cancellation is only possible until July 1, 2026.
- Until September 1, 2026, 40% of the participation fee will be charged as cancellation costs.
- After September 1, 2026, you will owe the full participation fee.
If we cancel the event or if the government prohibits events such as ours, you will not have to pay any participation fees, with the exception of the marketing package worth €320. Any fees already paid will be refunded.
