Op- en afbouw
Opbouwen is mogelijk op zondag 4 oktober vanaf 14:00 op aanvraag en maandag 5 oktober van 7.00-12.00. Voor het opbouwen heb je geen standhouderspas nodig. Afbouwen kan op dinsdag 6 oktober vanaf 16:30 uur.
Opsturen
Mocht je voor 5 oktober spullen willen afleveren bij DeFabrique, laat het ons dan weten zodat wij de locatie kunnen inlichten. Vermeld op jouw pakket/zending duidelijk dat het om de ZwembadBranche Dag 2020 gaat en de datum (5 en 6 oktober 2020) van het evenement.

Locatie
De ZwembadBranche Dag wordt ook dit jaar weer gehouden in DeFabrique, Westkanaaldijk 7, 3542 DA Utrecht.

Openingstijden beurs
De beursvloer is deze editie geopend op maandag 5 oktober van 12.00-17.00 en dinsdag 6 oktober van 09:00 tot 16:00 uur.
Parkeren
Er zijn 700 gratis parkeerplaatsen, 400 op locatie en nog eens 300 die bereikbaar zijn via een gratis pendelbus. Uit de afgelopen jaren hebben wij gemerkt dat de ruimte op de parkeerplaats niet toereikend is voor alle bezoekers. Helaas kunnen we dit niet veranderen en zullen we allemaal moeten meewerken om onze bezoekers [jullie klanten] zo gastvrij mogelijk te ontvangen. Wij willen jullie daarom vragen om auto’s en busjes van standhouders niet op de hoofdparkeerplaats te parkeren. Op deze manier blijft deze parkeerplaats zoveel mogelijk vrij voor jullie klanten.
