Er zijn 700 gratis parkeerplaatsen, 400 op locatie en nog eens 300 die bereikbaar zijn via een gratis pendelbus.
Uit de afgelopen jaren hebben wij gemerkt dat de ruimte op de parkeerplaats niet toereikend is voor alle bezoekers. Helaas kunnen we dit niet veranderen en zullen we allemaal moeten meewerken om onze bezoekers [jullie klanten] zo gastvrij mogelijk te ontvangen. Wij willen jullie daarom vragen om auto’s en busjes van standhouders niet op de hoofdparkeerplaats te parkeren. Op deze manier blijft deze parkeerplaats zoveel mogelijk vrij voor jullie klanten.

De standaard stands die zijn inbegrepen in het beurspakket hebben witte wanden. Een zij- of achterwand wordt gebouwd met panelen van 1 meter breed x 2.50 meter hoog. Per 4m2 wordt er één spot van 120W aan de frieslijst gehangen. De frieslijst is 30cm hoog, hierop wordt het standnummer en bedrijfsnaam geplakt. Je kunt de frieslijst ook weglaten, geef dit dan uiterlijk 14 dagen voor aanvang van de beurs aan ons door.
Let op: Bekijk voordat je een doek of andere visual laat maken naar de exacte afmetingen van jouw stand. De exacte afmetingen kunnen namelijk afwijken! Je vindt de afmetingen van de standbouw in dit document.
De wanden mogen niet worden beschadigd. Boren en nieten in de wanden is daarom niet toegestaan. Kijk ook uit met sterk dubbelzijdig tape, bij het verwijderen van deze tape kan de wand ook beschadigen. Beschadigingen aan deze wanden worden verhaald op de exposant.

Tot slot willen wij je waarschuwen voor het volgende: een aantal van onze exposanten is benaderd door Event Fair. Het gaat hier om een misleidende actie. Event Fair benadert wereldwijd beursdeelnemers met de mededeling dat de bedrijfsgegevens in een beursgids worden opgenomen. Hiervoor wordt gebruik gemaakt van een formulier met het verzoek de ontbrekende gegevens aan te vullen. Boven het formulier wordt in grote letters onze beurs genoemd, waardoor je eventueel zou kunnen denken dat het bedrijf zich namens ons bij je meldt.
Bedrijven die het formulier ondertekenen komen aan een contract vast te zitten waar moeilijk onderuit te komen is. Bovendien zijn er hoge kosten gemoeid met het adverteren, zonder dat er enige noemenswaardige voordelen zijn.
Onderteken in geen enkel geval welk formulier dan ook dat afkomstig is van Event Fair. Wij hebben geen enkele samenwerking met dit bedrijf. Wanneer een bedrijf je in opdracht van ons benadert, zullen wij jullie altijd eerst hierover informeren.
